DELIVERY POLICY
- We currently deliver across Qatar.
- Free delivery is available within Qatar. For Al Khor area, delivery charges apply.
- All products are pre-order items. Orders are dispatched within 7–10 working days.
- Once dispatched, delivery is completed within the mentioned timeline and you will receive confirmation updates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once your order is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.
- We encourage you to carefully check product details, material descriptions, measurements, and size charts before placing your order.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Your purchase is eligible for exchange only under the following conditions:
- If a damaged product is delivered.
- If an incorrect size or item is delivered due to our error.
- We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size chosen by the customer.
- Not liking the color, design, or material.
- Slight color variation due to photography or display settings.
- Items bought during sale or discount promotions.

- Your order number.
- Delivery address.
- Clear images of the issue (if damaged or incorrect).
- Products must be returned in original condition with tags, invoice, and packaging intact.
- If approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product or a product of the same value within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is confirmed.
- Our policy is strictly Exchange Only as outlined above.
